All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

local delivery

Our team is happy to assist with the delivery and installation of your acquisition in your home. If you need assistance with either installation or delivery, we will obtain a quote from our high-end art handling partners — getting your art safely where you need it.

in-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2091 Boston Post Road Larchmont New York 10538. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are during our open hours on Tuesday through Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. 

international shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. However, please get in touch with our concierge services via email ( and we can coordinate a bespoke solution. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Atelier Modern is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

how do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

shipping to p.o. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We can not guarantee delivery to a P.O. Box, so you will need to provide an alternative with us. 

refunds, returns, + exchanges

Given the nature of the objects, we are unable to offer refunds once an order is placed. We have a 30-day exchange/store credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or to receive a store credit.
