Objects & Home Goods

• Exchanges or store credit are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Store credit does not expire.

Artworks

• All art sales are final.

• The gallery will contact you directly to coordinate shipping; shipping charges are billed separately.

• Please inspect your artwork upon delivery. If there is damage, contact us within 48 hours with detailed photographs of the packaging and artwork so we can assist.

• Artwork is excluded from all discounts and free shipping promotions.

General Notes

• Refunds are not available; only exchanges or store credit are offered for eligible items.

• Sale items, gift cards, and furniture shipped directly to you are not eligible for return.

• Many of our objects are handmade by artisans and may vary slightly in measurement, finish, or appearance. Purchasing confirms your acceptance of this policy.

How to Start an Exchange
Please contact us at info@atelier-modern.com to initiate a return or exchange. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your exchange or store credit, please reach out to us at info@atelier-modern.com.
