As soon as you complete your order. We work quickly to secure your item(s) and ship them out promptly to you.
We offer complimentary gift wrapping in-store. You can request gift wrapping for online orders by following these steps:
Prior to checkout, visit your cart (by clicking/tapping the shopping bag icon) and add order notes. You'll see this option above the subtotal. Write 'gift wrap' or 'is a gift' and we'll take care of the rest.
If you've already submitted your order, email us at info@atelier-modern.com with your order number, or call us at (914) 315-1397. We can't guarantee we will be able to gift wrap your order in time — but we will do our best! If you reach out six hours after you place the order, we'll have packaged and shipped your order by then.
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.
If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please contact our Conceirge team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
We ship all orders from our gallery in Larchmont, New York. You will be notified in the order confirmation email and you may receive one or more emails containing your tracking number once each package has left us.
Given the nature of the objects, we are unable to offer refunds once an order is placed. We have a 30-day exchange/store credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or to receive a store credit.
To create your exchange, please email your us at info@atelier-modern.com with your order number and we'll help you with your exchange for store credit.
If you need to redeem a Gift Card, add the gift card code above the subtotal field and click apply. If you have any issues, please contact our Customer Care team for help with placing your order.
Simply email info@atelier-modern.com and we’ll look into this for you. When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we're here to help! Please take photos of the damaged item and its packaging and keep both items safe.
Contact us right away, and we'll work with you to expedite the replacement process. In some cases, there may be an inspection or pickup required by the shipping carrier, so it's essential to hold onto the damaged item and packaging until you're advised otherwise by UPS. Your cooperation in providing images and saving the packaging will ensure a smooth resolution.
